The location provided easy access to shows and restaurants. The staff was consistently helpful and friendly . The bathrooms included nice features. I found the restaurant and bar facilities to be very good.
This caused some delays when trying to get to my room or leave the hotel.

the staff WAS very polite and professional. The location it is amazing! I appreciate returning to a clean room EVERY afternoon.
the heating and cooling system was insanely LOUD. front desk wasnt terribly nice, but clearly busy most times, it is unfortunate.
